CLAW0311 LLC is a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) operating in the State of Maine. All sales are conducted in accordance with:

  • Federal firearms laws and ATF regulations

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or void any transaction that we believe may violate the law or regulatory requirements.

In the event of a conflict, the more restrictive policy shall apply.

4. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order or making a purchase, you certify that:

  • You meet all minimum age requirements under federal and state law

  • You are not prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition

  • You will not attempt a straw purchase

  • All information provided is accurate and truthful

Providing false information or attempting to circumvent legal requirements is a criminal offense.

5. Firearms Purchases

  • Firearms are not shipped directly to consumers.

  • All firearms must be shipped to a valid FFL selected by the purchaser.

  • Firearm transfers require completion of ATF Form 4473 and a successful background check.

  • CLAW0311 LLC does not guarantee approval of any background check.

Firearms sales are governed by the Firearms Sales & Compliance Policy.

6. Ammunition, Magazines & Accessories

Ammunition, magazines, and accessories are sold subject to federal, state, and local laws.

  • Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit certain items.

  • CLAW0311 LLC will not ship restricted items to prohibited locations.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to know their local laws.

Orders placed in violation of applicable laws will be canceled.

7. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Orders are not final until accepted by CLAW0311 LLC.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or compliance concerns.

8. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

CLAW0311 LLC is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

  • Shipments refused or returned due to legal restrictions

9. Returns & Refunds

  • All firearm sales are final once transferred.

  • Non-firearm items may be eligible for return at our discretion.

  • Shipping, transfer, and restocking fees may apply.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt or facilitate a straw purchase

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Circumvent background checks or transfer requirements

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes

CLAW0311 LLC may report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement or the ATF.

11. Limitation of Liability

CLAW0311 LLC is not liable for:

  • Misuse or unsafe handling of firearms, ammunition, or accessories

  • Legal consequences resulting from a customer’s failure to comply with the law

  • Actions or errors of third-party FFLs, carriers, or background check systems

All products are sold “as is”, except where otherwise required by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLAW0311 LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms & Conditions

  • Your violation of any applicable law

  • Your misuse of products purchased from CLAW0311 LLC

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of CLAW0311 LLC and may not be used without written permission.

14. Policy Modifications
