Refund policy

No Refund / No Return Policy 

 

1. Custom Modification Services

All services provided by CLAW0311 LLC involve custom alterations, tailoring, adjustments, and modifications to garments as requested by the Client.

Because each project is uniquely altered to the Client’s specifications, all modification services are final.

2. No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, including deposits, fitting fees, labor, customization work, rush fees, design consultations, material sourcing, and any other service-related charges.

Once work has begun, the Client may not cancel for refund under any circumstance.

Dissatisfaction with results due to changes of preference, miscommunication, style adjustments, or incorrect measurements provided by the Client does not qualify for refunds.

3. No Returns / No Reversal of Work

Due to the irreversible nature of garment modifications, no returns or undoing of alterations will be accepted, including but not limited to:

Hemming

Sizing adjustments

Appliqué, embroidery, or patchwork

Additions or removals (zippers, pockets, buttons, panels, lace, etc.)

Structural tailoring or fit changes

Once a garment has been altered, it cannot be restored to its original state and cannot be returned.

4. Client-Provided Measurements & Garments

Clients are responsible for ensuring all measurements provided are accurate.

The Company is not liable for improper fit resulting from:

Self-measured or inaccurate measurements

Weight fluctuation

Garment structural limitations

Customer laundering, stretching, or prior damage

5. Garment Condition Disclaimer

The Company is not responsible for:

Fragile or aged fabric tearing during modification

Pre-existing damage, stains, or wear that worsens during alterations

Manufacturing defects in garments not produced by the Company

 

6. Acknowledgment

By submitting a garment for alteration, approving work, and/or making payment, the Client agrees to the full No Refund / No Return terms outlined above.
